Wendy has dedicated the majority of her career to the hospitality industry, starting in 1992 as a Guest Service Agent with a small hotel company. After a year and a half, she transitioned to Marriott, where she spent 17 years progressing through various roles, from Front Desk Associate to Front Desk Manager, Assistant Manager, Property Support, and eventually General Manager.
Seeking new challenges, Wendy joined Cobblestone Hotels, where she served as a General Manager for nearly a decade. Ready for her next step, she embraced an opportunity with Slate Hospitality Group as a Regional Director of Operations, continuing to expand her expertise and leadership in the hospitality field.
