Stephanie is a Property Support Manager with a strong background in hospitality and property operations. With experience leading full-service hotel teams, managing residential and short-term rental portfolios, and supporting multi-site operations, she brings a practical, service-oriented approach to every role.

Prior to this position, Stephanie served as a General Manager for a major hotel chain, where she oversaw daily operations, supported team development, and focused on creating a positive experience for both guests and associates. She also has experience in residential and mixed-use property management, as well as regional field operations, giving her a broad understanding of service, efficiency, and team leadership.

Known for being collaborative, dependable, and solution-focused, Stephanie values strong relationships, clear communication, and operational consistency. She takes pride in helping teams succeed and supporting properties with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
