A Westin world-class trainer, Sean is known for developing culture through immersive role-playing, vulnerability, and authentic human connection. His approach elevates not only the guest experience but also empowers associates to step into the best version of themselves, creating lasting impact that goes beyond a hotel stay.

 

Sean’s career began in 1999, and since then he has had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world—including Marriott, Westin, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Extended Stay, and Choice Hotels. His diverse background spans timeshare destination resorts as well as airport properties handling large distressed programs, giving him a unique ability to lead in both high-volume operational environments and luxury service settings.

 

Known for his strong communication skills, creativity, and eye for detail, Sean has also contributed to brand success through social media campaigns, promotional event planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue strategies and enhance guest engagement. His leadership style blends practical strategy with heartfelt inspiration, ensuring that both teams and guests thrive.
