Corey M.

Corey began his career in the hospitality industry in 2012, becoming a Front Desk Supervisor shortly after graduating high school. While working in front office operations, Corey continued his education and earned his associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Wallace Community College in May 2014.

Throughout his career, Corey has continued to grow within the hospitality industry, advancing from Front Desk Supervisor to Assistant General Manager and eventually becoming a General Manager for a hotel within Marriott's SpringHill Suites brand. His experience with both the Marriott and Hilton franchises has provided him with a strong foundation in hotel operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

With over 13 years of hotel management experience, Corey brings an extensive knowledge of daily hotel operations, budgeting, profit and loss management, and operational efficiency to the table. He is passionate about developing strong teams, improving property performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a focus on the overall success of each property.

Corey looks forward to continuing to grow his career in hospitality and bringing his experience and leadership to the Slate Hospitality Group team.
