Brandon A.

Brandon began in the hospitality industry at the front desk, working everywhere he was needed. He could often be found working an evening shift at the front desk and then be right back there again early in the morning to prepare and serve breakfast. Brandon has never met a stranger, he takes pride in making people laugh and also making people feel like a friend wherever he goes. Soon after starting at the Hampton by Hilton in Central Nebraska, Brandon found his true passion, which was making people feel at home when they are away from the comforts of their home. Brandon quickly advanced to the role of Guest Service Supervisor, where he was tasked with overseeing all front desk day-to-day operations. Here, Brandon finally found the career path he did not know he always wanted. After a few years, Brandon found himself looking for a change of pace and seeking more challenges in his work. At a sister property, an opening position in management opened up and Brandon took the opportunity to continue advancing. He transitioned to the Fairfield by Marriott where he met a Task Force Manager that educated Brandon in all of the other opportunities that were available in the hospitality industry. Brandon was soon presented with the opportunity to join the Slate Hospitality Group team as a Property Support Manager and took it. Born and raised in the Florida Panhandle surrounded by love and water, Brandon has a special love for his family and the beach.
