Ben began his hospitality journey over five years ago at the front desk, where he quickly discovered a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting hotel teams. His dedication to learning every aspect of hotel operations led him to advance quickly and become the Front Office Manager at a Fairfield Inn , where he had the opportunity to lead teams, oversee daily operations, and create memorable experiences for guests.

Eager to expand his knowledge beyond hotel operations, Ben transitioned into revenue Management, where he supported multiple properties across Colorado. In this role, he worked closely with several leading hospitality brands, developing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, and partnering with hotel leaders to maximize each property’s performance. This experience gave him a broader understanding of the hospitality industry and strengthened his ability to adapt to different brands, solve complex challenges, and support hotel teams from both an operational and strategic perspective.

What drew Ben to the Property Support Manager role was the opportunity to travel, experience new places, and take on new challenges. He enjoys stepping into unfamiliar environments, building relationships with hotel teams, and helping solve problems that make a lasting impact. Ben is excited to continue learning from different properties while sharing his own experiences to help each team succeed.

One of the things Ben loves most about hospitality is that no two days are ever the same. Every hotel, every team, and every guest brings a new opportunity to learn, grow, and make a positive impact. His goal is to continue expanding his knowledge of the industry, embrace new challenges, and become a dependable resource for the properties and teams he supports.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, taking scenic photos and sharing on social medias, and spending time with his cats. He is a proud cat dad, and whenever he's not on the road, you’ll probably find him relaxing with them or planning his next adventure.
