Amanda’s journey in hospitality started at a young age assisting her parent’s family business of running a supper club. Working in various leadership roles in factories and her family business equipped her with impeccable customer service, financial management, and cultivating work cultures which bring team members together. Her tenure in the hotel world began when she worked at a hotel in Shawano, Wisconsin as a night auditor. Amanda quickly fell in love with the industry and soon dove into housekeeping. Years later, she applied at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites in Clintonville, Wisconsin (Cobblestone Hotels first location), and worked in every department for two years prior to be offered the General Manager position. Amanda held the General Manager title for ten years before she was ready for the next chapter and joined the SHG Regional Manager team.
