May 29, 2026 – Neenah, WI – SHG announces the opening of the Cobblestone Hotel & Suites – Waukesha. This location marks SHG’s seventeenth open managed hotel in the state of Wisconsin.
The Cobblestone Hotel & Suites is located at 704 North Grand Avenue in the city of Waukesha. This 4-floor hotel consists of 60 guestrooms equipped with premium services and amenities catered towards the modern traveler. The hotel also features onsite dining at the Wissota Chophouse, which will be opening soon on the ground floor and will serve upscale entrees, seasonal features, savory sides, and a full bar highlighting craft cocktails and local brews.
This hotel and restaurant will service travelers who are likely to be coming to the area by way of I-94, which connects Waukesha to major nearby cities such as Milwaukee to the east and Madison to the West.
