Tony Bugher
Tony is a growth-focused sales and marketing leader with a career rooted in building strong relationships and turning strategy into results. His experience spans smart go-to-market execution, creative marketing, and operational leadership, all driven by a belief that trust, and collaboration are the foundation of sustainable growth.
He spent 10 years at TDS Telecom leading go-to-market initiatives that increased customer and partner engagement while driving growth in rural markets nationwide. Tony then joined Molson Coors, where over the course of a decade he held progressive leadership roles across sales, field marketing, and brand marketing, based in Dallas and Atlanta. His journey culminated as President of Leinenkugel’s, where he led cross-functional teams and partnered closely with distributors, retailers, and local communities to deliver meaningful results.
Tony’s leadership philosophy is straightforward: build great teams, sharpen the plan, and execute with excellence—while investing in relationships that make the wins bigger and more sustainable. He is excited to bring this energy and hospitality mindset to Cobblestone/SHG, supporting teams, strengthening partnerships, enhancing guest experiences, and learning alongside the organization.
Outside of work, Tony has been married to his wife, Jenny, for 19 years. They have an 11-year-old son, Rhett, and a dog named Summer, and now call the Atlanta area home.
